If you have placed an order and have not received an order confirmation email, please check to see if we have the correct email address associated with your account. To verify your email address, go to the Account Tab → My Profile.

Note: We are unable to resend order confirmation emails. However, you can check the status of your order directly within the app by clicking on your Account Tab and selecting My Purchases.

To be a member, YES!! But, there is a nominal fee to the seller once an item is sold based as a percentage of the product. This is to help keep the e-commerce site running, updated and active. Our fees are very simple and straightforward. For all sales under $15, Footy Market takes a flat commission of $2.95. You keep the rest. For sales of $15 or more, you keep 88% of your sale and Footy Market's commission is 15%. Once your sale has been delivered and received by your buyer, the earnings from your sale are yours.. Unlike other places, we handle the financial transaction for you (including paying credit card fees), provide you with a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label, and we will serve as your customer support team for your sale. In other words, we provide a simple end-to-end platform.

As a seller, you must ship the purchased item to your buyer using the prepaid Priority mail shipping label provided by Footy Market within five days after receiving the shipping label. Most sellers ship within two days.

Congratulations on your sale! When your item sells, we automatically send you a pre-paid, pre-addressed USPS Priority Mail shipping label. Please ensure you use our shipping label to ship out your order to avoid any delay in receiving your earnings, as each label has a tracking number connected with each order for us to track on our end. If our shipping label is not used, we cannot compensate or reimburse users if a package is lost in transit since we will not have access to any tracking information.

When you receive our shipping label, we recommend you print it out and ship out your sale as soon as possible, as the buyer is eagerly awaiting her item! Most of our sellers ship within 2 days of purchase. Please note that if your sale remains unshipped by the 7th day, the buyer can cancel the order, and you will likely lose your sale and earnings. Footy Market reserves the right to automatically cancel any order that remains unshipped by the 14th day after purchase.

When your item sells, we automatically send you an email with a pre-paid, pre-addressed USPS Priority Mail shipping label attached. Please package your item, print the label, and adhere it to your package. Then drop it off at the post office or schedule a pick up with USPS.com. After the buyer receives the item, we release the money to you within 3 days of delivery into your Footy Market account. You can withdraw the money via direct deposit to your bank account or request a check.

The fastest way to get your money from Footy Market is through direct deposit into your bank account, but you can also request a check. Here's how to set it up: On the web: Go to the Account Tab → Orders → My Balance → Redeem Your Balance Here and select your desired method of redemption.

Not to worry! Double check that we have the correct email address on file for you. You can check this by going to your Account Tab → Edit Profile. If your email address is correct or you have changed it, please re-send this label to yourself. Simply go to your Account Tab → My Sales → Select your order → Need new shipping label. Are you still not receiving your shipping label? Contact us at support@footymarket.com. We'll be happy to find it for you. 

Check your profile to see if your product has been posted. If it hasn’t, make sure your product isn’t on the list of Prohibited Items, and if everything is OK, just be patient! The posting process may take several minutes. If it’s been over forty minutes since you posted it and you still don't see your listing, there may have been a product or publication problem.

You can only buy and sell soccer related items on Footy Market. Make sure you're not attempting to post something that's on our list of prohibited items too or posting the same product repeatedly as those will be automatically discarded. If your item has been discarded but you haven't posted it repeatedly and it's not on the list of prohibited items, please get in touch with our Customer Care team so they can review your listing.

All sales are final on Footy Market. However, we take an active role in each and every purchase made on Footy Market to ensure both the buyer and seller have a great experience. A buyer may open a case with us if they don't receive their item or the item they receive is not as described within the listing. This means a buyer cannot return an item they purchased on Footy Market if the item simply does not fit or they no longer want the item - as long as the seller accurately described the item in the listing. If the buyer receives an item that is not as described within the listing, is sent the wrong item, or is in some other way not as described, the buyer can report their problem to us within 3 days of delivery through the web. When a case is opened, the buyer is asked to upload photos and offer details of the item. If the return is verified, we assist the buyer in returning the item to the seller and offer them a full refund.

To avoid a problem with a sale, we advise sellers to be as descriptive and detailed as possible when creating your listings. We encourage buyers to review the listing photos, description and item condition, and if you have any questions, please ask the seller for additional details, measurements or photos. Sellers are usually more than happy to provide additional information.

You may report a listing that violates our policies and guidelines at any time. On the web: Click into the listing → Click the "Report Listing" button on the left side of the listing → Choose the reason for reporting the listing, the report will be automatically sent to our moderation team who will investigate. Once you submit, the report will be automatically sent to our moderation team who will investigate. We ask that you not engage with the listing or its owner directly, as this can cause problems for all parties involved.

If you purchase an item on Footy Market, you are obligated to complete the transaction. However, we understand accidents do happen. Buyers may cancel accidental purchases through our platform within three hours from time of purchase. We recommend that all users log out of their account when they are not using the app to avoid accidental purchases which create confusion and disappointment for our sellers.

Do not use programs or other forms of automation to participate on Footy Market. This includes, but is not limited to liking, sharing, following, and unfollowing.

Do not use Footy Market to collect personal data. You also may not use any images found on Footy Market for your own purposes unless authorized by Footy Market. The exception to this is your own content.

You may only have one active account on Footy Market unless you receive written permission from Footy Market.

Purchasing or selling an item listed on Footy Market using PayPal or any means other than Footy Market checkout is called an "offline transaction" and is prohibited. When payment for the full value of the item is not exchanged through the Footy Market system, we cannot guarantee that both parties ship and transact as promised. If we don't process payment, we aren't able to refund the buyer if something goes wrong (for example, if the seller never ships your item or the item you receive is not as described in the listing). As a result, our buyer protection program does not cover offline transactions. In addition, if we don’t process payment, we can't guarantee that the seller receives their earnings if they deliver the item as described.

Taking transactions offline is harmful and hurts everyone who plays by the rules. Members who repeatedly take transactions offline will have their future buying and selling privileges restricted on Footy Market. If you are approached to take a transaction offline, please contact us immediately at support@Footy Market.com.

Footy Market provides a flat rate of $5.95 for expedited shipping for all orders. Each order is shipped using 1-3 day USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is paid for by the buyer. Multiple items from one seller can be added to the order for the same fee as long as the total weight of the order does not exceed 5 lbs.

Labels for packages over 5 pounds will incur an extra label upgrade fee per the table below, to be paid for by the seller. If your package is over 5 pounds, you will need to generate a new shipping label in the app. Go to your Account Tab → My Sales → Select your order → Need New Shipping Label → Need Heavier Weight Label. Please make sure you select the total weight of your package so that a shipping label with the correct weight can be generated and sent to you.

Remember, any additional shipping costs for packages over 5 pounds are paid for by the seller and will be automatically deducted from your earnings/credits.

Footy Market sends all items via USPS Priority Mail. This means that you can pick up FREE boxes at your local post office or have them delivered right to your home by ordering them on www.usps.com. They come in a few different sizes so you can pick the one that fits your item best.

Just remember - and this is important! - you need to ship using the boxes that are labeled simply "Priority Mail​". Any other USPS boxes, including "Priority Mail Flat Rate", "Regional Rate" and "Express Mail" are NOT​ allowed and may cause delays in shipping and receiving your earnings.

GOOD NEWS: standard brown boxes and padded envelopes that you have around the house work just as well!

We do not​ support international shipping outside of the United States and its Territories at this time.

Unfortunately, our shipping label provider does not support shipping to APO or military addresses.

Yes, we support shipping to PO boxes.

Please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your order, as we allow our sellers up to 7 days to ship out their orders. However, the majority of our sellers ship their orders within 3 days of purchase. All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, which is delivered between 2-3 business days. After you place your order, we work behind the scenes with the seller to get your order to you as soon as possible. Typically, when a package is first scanned into the USPS mail stream, both you and the seller will receive an email providing you with tracking information.

When an order is cancelled, we process a full refund back to the original payment method right away. If you used a credit card, please note that we send the funds back to your bank within 2 business days of order cancellation, but the exact date that your bank posts it to your statement can vary depending on the bank. Please allow up to 1 full billing cycle for your bank to post your refund to your statement. If you used Posh Credits or Redeemable Balance, the funds will immediately return to your account at the time of order cancellation.

Once you have received your order, please ensure your purchase is as described within the listing. If everything is okay with your order, accept the order so that we can release your payment to the seller. You can do this by going to your Account Tab → My Purchases → Accept. Please note that Footy Market will automatically release payment to the seller if the order is not marked as received after 3 days of delivery. Once the funds are released to the seller, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided. However, if you receive your order not as described, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by opening a case with us within the app. To open a case, go to the Account Tab → My Purchases → Click on the item you purchased → Problems/Order Inquiry.

The vast majority of Footy Market's users are trustworthy and online classifieds have been used securely in the U.S. and around the world for decades. Still, it’s important to always take the proper precautions, as you should anytime you buy or sell online.

Our number one priority is and will always be our users’ safety and satisfaction. We want you to have a great experience buying and selling on Footy Market, so take a look at the tips below before you start looking to purchase or sell soccer equipment:

  • Don’t use personal, certified or cashier's checks, and never wire money (e.g., Western Union) to another user.
  • Beware of users who make unusual requests/suggestions, e.g., if a buyer insists on sending a check for more than the asking price (this is part of a common scam on many sites).
  • There are millions of great deals on Footy Market, but be wary of items with unrealistically low prices, catalog photos or other photos that obviously haven’t been taken by the user. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
  • Never transfer funds or use a debit card/check to pay someone in advance.
  • Never give out your personal financial information to make or accept a purchase.
  • We recommend communicating with other users only via Footy Market's online chat feature.
  • If you have any doubts about a user’s authenticity, find another seller/buyer.
  • Always check a seller’s profile page (the same goes for potential buyers).
  • Make sure information on the condition of the item, price and payment method is clearly outlined and agreed upon prior to meeting. If a user can’t answer basic questions clearly about the item he/she is selling, find a different seller.
  • Before paying for something and completing the transaction, inspect the item and check that everything matches the seller’s description.
  • Footy Market uses a combination of human and artificial intelligence to help keep our platform safe and fun to use, but we also ask our community of users to help by flagging inappropriate content or users. If you believe another Footy Market buyer/seller is offensive or attempting to deceive users on our site, please report this user immediately so we can investigate further and take appropriate action, which may include blocking that user. If you are defrauded by a user or feel your personal safety is threatened, contact your local police department immediately.
Thorough Communication

We strongly encourage that buyers and sellers thoroughly communicate before, during, and after each transaction. As a buyer, if you have questions about quality, condition, or fit that are not addressed in the listing, it's best to ask before purchasing the item so you know what you'll be receiving. As a seller, answering questions on your listings can lead to your next sale. It's also courteous to keep your buyer informed regarding the shipping status.

Footy Market provides an online platform where users advertise and search for a variety of items. However, the interaction and negotiations between buyers and sellers are the sole responsibility of the parties involved. Because of this, Footy Market cannot provide refunds or assist with disputes. We recommend buyers and sellers use a secure payment method we offer such as PayPal. Always avoid cashier checks, Western Union and other kinds of wire transfers.

What happens when my buyer has reported my item as not as described?

When a buyer reports a problem with their order, we ask them to submit supporting documentation including photos and a list of issues. Our team will then review the photos and information provided, the seller's listing (photos, description and all communication between buyer and seller), and other relevant documentation prior to coming to a resolution. We recommend that all sellers accurately describe their items by providing clear, representative photos that fully show the condition of the item and a detailed description. Both the buyer and seller will be notified via email once there is a resolution.

Feeling good about the security of the order.

We want you to feel secure when selling on Footy Market. When your item sells, we send you a pre-paid, pre-addressed USPS Priority Mail shipping label to put on your package. As long as you use the Footy Market-provided label and the package is scanned into the USPS tracking system, you will be fully covered by should the Footy Market package get lost in transit by USPS. Any orders over $400 will require a signature upon delivery to provide additional protection. When the package is first scanned into the USPS mail stream, we send both you and the buyer an email with the tracking information. When USPS tells us the item has been delivered, we notify the buyer and ask them to review and accept their order. Once your order has been delivered and accepted by your buyer, we will release your funds ​and you can redeem your earnings from Footy Market via direct deposit or request a check.

If a buyer reports a problem with their order, we will ask them to upload details and photos.​ The Footy Market team then carefully reviews the case and offers a resolution.

Should we find your account to be in violation of any of the above, we may send you an email or take permanent or temporary action on your account privileges. Being a great buyer on Footy Market

Buying on Footy Market is very easy:

Explore the different categories or browse the inventory for interesting items you may want. When you see something you like, tap the item and start a chat with the seller by tapping the chat button at the bottom of the item’s photo. Or, you can tap the “Search” and enter the name of the “type” of product you want to buy.

When you find the item you’re looking for, chat with the seller to learn more about the product or to make an offer. After that, it's up to you and the seller to agree on a price to carry out the Exchange. Great sellers always deserve quick payment. Therefore, as a buyer, you must confirm that you've received and reviewed your purchase within three days after delivery. If you do not do so within three days, the order will be accepted on your behalf automatically and the funds will be released to the seller.

Being a great Seller

You have soccer stuff you don’t need anymore and want to make some money, right? Well, you’re in the right place! All you have to do is become a member, create a profile and take photos that clearly shows the item. Set a reasonable price or leave it as negotiable and tap the “Done" button. To upload additional photos, a title, a description or a category, tap “Add more details”.

You can list as many items as you want! Please note that the item description cannot include personal information such as:

  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Postal address
  • Web addresses (URLs)

The item should be clearly represented in the photos and description. We also ask that you do not use any photos in your listing that you did not take or get the permission to use such as a stock photo. When creating a listing, please be honest in describing your item and disclose as much information as possible. Take care to be thorough and accurate about details such as the condition, fit, and original price and include photos that demonstrate condition when necessary. This way, buyers know exactly what it is that they are getting and the risk of a dispute is decreased.

Successful Transactions

If you accept an offer from a buyer, you must complete the sale. This means, once the buyer has hit the "Buy Now" button and successfully submitted their payment and shipping information, you are expected to send the item they purchased. We understand that honest mistakes happen, but cancelled transactions create confusion and disappointment for your buyers. We expect that our community members be respectful of each other and fulfill their transactions with each other.

When you've sold an item, mark it as sold to let other users know it's no longer available! Just follow these simple steps:

  • Go to your profile
  • In the "Selling" tab, tap the item you've sold
  • Tap the "Mark as Sold" button at the bottom of the screen

If you want to make your item available again, you can mark it as unsold by following these steps:

  • Go to your profile
  • In the "Sold" tab, tap the item you want to mark as available
  • Tap the "Sell It Again" button at the bottom of the screen
  • Confirm by tapping "Sell It Again"
Prohibited Items

Footy Market prohibits the listing or sale of any items that are illegal under any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation at a local, state, provincial, national or international level. Footy Market is an online soccer specific community to buy, sell or donate soccer equipment and limited to such products.

Some examples of items that are not allowed:

  • Photos that do not show the item clearly.
  • Internet photos, i.e. you have not taken the picture yourself.
  • Item infringes trademarks, copyrights or any other IP rights of third parties.
  • Advertisements.
  • Photo or text containing a reference to another website, app or merchant.
  • Items that are defective or of poor quality.
  • An item listed as "free" but is not intended to be given away.
  • There is no realistic price set for the item.
  • Duplicated listings
  • Counterfeit items

In addition, Footy Market reserves the right to remove any listings that we consider inappropriate or unfit for posting. Our policies are often based on applicable laws and regulations, although in some cases, we may make listing decisions based on input from our users and our own discretion.

Non-soccer related Items

Don't buy or sell any goods or services through Footy Market other than women's, men's, and kids' soccer items. These listings clutter the marketplace and make shopping for soccer players more difficult and less enjoyable for others.

Taking Transactions or Conversation Off the Footy Market Platform

Taking any part of a transaction, including discussion about details or negotiations, off the Footy Market platform is a violation of our rules. This sort of activity hurts everyone--both you and the Footy Market community--by breaking down the sense of trust and integrity we have on the Footy Market exchange. Footy Market cannot protect transactions or uphold agreements that are not made through our platform. We ask that you do not share your email address, or any other personal information, on our platform and keep all transactions on Footy Market.

Bullying and Harassment

We have a zero tolerance policy for content or conversation that is harmful, threatening, abusive, excessively violent, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or racially/ethnically hateful. Don't try to get around the block feature or otherwise attempt to communicate with someone who has asked you to stop. We kindly ask that you do not engage users who behave inappropriately. Instead, send us an email about it right away and we would be happy to look further into the matter and take the appropriate actions.

Vulgarity and Obscenity

Keep it clean and do not post anything that is vulgar, pornographic in nature, or otherwise obscene.

Closed Groups

We strive to make Footy Market a community that is as inclusive as possible. As such, forming and participating in groups or subsections within the Footy Market community at large where members must be approved or meet certain criteria is not condoned.

Giveaways

At this time, it is against our policies to conduct your own giveaways, contests, or sweepstakes on the Footy Market platform.

Trading

Our policy does not cover trades within the system. When payment for the full value of items is not exchanged through the Footy Market system, we cannot guarantee that both parties will ship their items to each other as promised or as described. Trading is based on an honor system and is difficult for us to support. For this reason, we discourage users from trading on Footy Market so that we can provide users with the protection that they deserve.
